Battery, Converter & 12 volts System
A good Battery and Converter are essentials to keep all the circuit controllers working on the Water Heater, Refrigerator, Furnace, Slide Outs, Leveling Systems, AC thermostats, Lights, Fans and Water Pump.
When your converter fails your battery will know, suddenly nothing is working. Good battery and good 12 volts connections are important regardless of the Battery style you have, maintenance is essential.
Air Conditioner
In Florida the air conditioner must be working all the time. The AC Coils need to be clean to run efficiently, which should be done Twice a year if you have pets

Absorption Refrigerator
This appliance requires a good 12 volts connection to be capable to work off the Grid with Propane or be connected to 12o Volt. It requires very efficient ventilation in order to perform well. also needs to be level, it is the main reason why you level your RV, long periods of bad leveling practices damage the cooling system

Water Heaters
Scale and sediments happen on RV Water Heaters regardless of the kind of heater you have, Tank or tankless. On tank heaters a yearly flush is a must, if you have a tank with Anode Rod it needs to be replaced or inspected once a year to protect tank from scale deposit damage.
Clean the calcium deposits, change the Anode Rod and check the safety features of your RV Water Heater should be a regular maintenance practice
